‘Introduction'

‘Introduction to Unix’ to learn how to transfer data to and from the central computer system and how to launch a simulation.

‘Using Lisa’ or ‘Using a supercomputer’: participants who have completed this module are able to use the batch system of either system and are therefore able to run a large number of simulations and collect the results with relatively little effort.

Optional: ‘Local and Remote Visualisation Techniques’. Researchers who have completed this module are able to visualise their simulations in PowerPoint presentations, for example.
