Accelerating existing software

  1. ‘Introduction'.

  2. 'Introduction to Unix': to acquire the basic skills needed to work with a Unix system, such as copying files, operations with folders and files, etc.

  3. ‘Adapting software in an HPC environment' to learn how existing software, usually written in C or Fortran, can be adapted to modem computer architectures, thereby speeding up operations considerably.
